Hurthle cell tumour ultrasound scan. 
This transverse scan shows an unusual partly cystic mass in the right lobe of the thyroid in a patient with gradual thyroid enlargement over two years. Fine needle aspiration showed large numbers of Hurthle cells and surgery confirmed a Hurthle cell tumour.
